Technophobes beware, the capabilities of today’s software and technology is growing day on day. At Hemingway Bailey we are always looking to new technologies to improve our processes and offerings to clients.
One of the more recent changes we have made is to a new accounts software, called Taxfiler. This was the last piece in the puzzle to take Hemingway Bailey 100% into the cloud. We trialed the software, and it has our year-end processes much smoother. One of the main advantages was being able to access this information anywhere in real-time, meaning we are able to give clients accurate and up-to-date information, even when we are not in the office.
As if this wasn’t enough, Taxfiler have just announced one of it’s most exciting updates – an integration link with QuickBooks Online. Hemingway Bailey are platinum partners with QuickBooks Online and we are very excited about what the software can do in terms of giving business owners the control back over their figures. The news that QuickBooks and Taxfiler are now going to be integrated, means that we can ensure that clients get their information even quicker, and gives us more time to ensure that our clients get all of the little added extras we include in our fixed fee prices.
This new feature highlights further the importance of keeping your cloud software up to date and well maintained, as this means that account production will be able to be done much sooner after a company’s year end.
