We do this by first of all being friendly and approachable, we are a relaxed bunch who enjoy helping people. No stuffy accountants in three piece suits for us. if you are after that sort of accountant, we might not be the best fit for you.
Support and advice is so important to us that we include it within all our fixed fee business accountancy packages. No need to fear a large bill because you have rang one of the team and asked them a question ( though if it turns out to be a subsequent very long job of several hours, we might have to charge you extra but we would always give you a fixed price quote before this happened ).
What we want for our clients is peace of mind that we are always there for answers to those questions you need answering ( we cannot guarantee though that we can be a “Phone a Friend “ in a quiz but we will give it a go ! ) . We promise we will always get back to you within 24 hours but it is normally a lot quicker than that and most questions can be answered with a quick phone call.
We are always accessible to our clients and you will be introduced to all of the team wherever possible and you will certainly be able to put a name to a face. No faceless accountants for us, we want all our team to interact well with clients and people skills are important to us. Every member of the team is contactable from their website profile and you will be given their business cards.
Coming in to meet us at our office is an easy experience, you are given access to our online diaries so you know when we are free and you want to come in and see a specific member of the team next Tuesday at 3pm and they are free, just book your
own appointment. Nothing could be simpler, you get an E-Mail back confirming and the team member has your appointment automatically put in to their diary. No battle to get through the gatekeeper on reception for you to get that meeting booked.
We have a number of clients who are not based in East Yorkshire and this works just as easily, we are always available for Google Hangout video conferences ( we also do Skype but we love Google Hangout ) and they just book that on the online diary as well.
